How We Work

Six steps from scope to live site

The same six stages on every build. Each one ends with something you can review, so you are never waiting weeks for a surprise.

01 Scope

Agree what it has to do

Before anything is designed we write down the pages, the features and the integrations, and split them into what launches on day one and what waits. Scope creep is a planning failure, not an accident.

02 Architect

Map the site before building it

A sitemap and a content plan come next — every page, what it is for, and what has to be written for it. Most delays on a build are missing content, not missing code.

03 Build

Develop the front end

Hand-built, component by component, so the tenth page costs a fraction of the first. Semantic markup, real accessibility and no page-builder bloat underneath.

04 Integrate

Connect the moving parts

Forms that route to the right inbox, a CMS your team can actually use, payments, and analytics that track the things that matter. Every connection gets tested with a real submission.

05 Test

Break it before your customers do

Real devices, real browsers, real connection speeds. We check load times, forms, edge cases and the states nobody remembers — empty, error, and what happens on a bad hotel wifi.

06 Launch

Go live and hand over

We deploy, point the domain, watch the first days of real traffic, and train your team on the CMS. You get the logins, the files and a recording of the handover — not a dependency on us.

What We Work In

The tools behind the work

We pick the stack to fit the job and your team — not the other way round. If your people already run WordPress, we build in WordPress.

FAQ

Everything we get asked before a build

It depends on page count, features and how much content you need written. After the scope call you get a fixed quote and a timeline in writing, split into what launches first and what waits.

A marketing site of ten to fifteen pages is usually four to six weeks. E-commerce and web apps run longer. The single biggest cause of delay is content, which is why we agree who writes what on day one.

Yes. Anything you want to edit goes into a CMS and your team gets trained on it, with a recording to refer back to. Structural changes still need a developer, and we say plainly which is which.

Both, honestly. If a well-built template fits your needs it is faster and cheaper, and we will say so. Custom is for when the template would cost you more in workarounds than it saves.

Thirty days of fixes are included. After that you can take an ongoing support retainer or simply take the files and go elsewhere — everything is handed over, with no lock-in.

Every build is tested on real devices and on a throttled connection before launch. We target a Lighthouse performance score above 90 and show you the report.
